Frequently Asked Questions

What age groups are the camps for?

Our computer camps are designed for kids aged 7-14

Do you offer camps for beginners?

Absolutely! Our coding camp for kids and robotics camp are perfect for beginners.

What will my child need to bring?

Just their curiosity and Food! We provide all necessary equipment and materials.

How do you ensure the camps are safe?

Safety is our top priority. We maintain low student-to-instructor ratios and adhere to strict safety protocols.

Can my child attend more than one camp?

Yes! There is no limit to the number of weeks students can register for at camp. Our summer camps are designed to be progressive, so students will move up to higher levels as they master the concepts. We recommend registering for a minimum of two weeks to establish a solid foundation in the subject. Depending on availability, students can add more weeks to enhance their experience.

Are there any prerequisites for the camps?

No, our camps are designed to accommodate all skill levels, with no prior experience required for beginner camps

What is the camper to instructor ratio?

We maintain a low ratio to ensure personalized attention, typically no more than 14 campers per instructor.

Is there a cancellation policy?

STEM4Kids may have to cancel programs if not enough students sign up. If a program is canceled, you'll get your money back. If you want to cancel before May 10th, there will be a $25 fee for each camp you cancel. If you cancel after May 10th but at least three weeks before the camp starts, you'll be charged a 25% fee. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for Summer Camps within 3 weeks of the start date.

How are the camps structured?

Each camp is a blend of instructional time, hands-on projects, and breaks for outdoor activities, ensuring a balanced day.
